We are a driving recruitment agency that specialise in providing drivers for class 1, class 2 and 7. 5 tonne lorries as well as large vans.
Having spent the last 12 years providing staffing solutions to blue chip and SME clients throughout the logistics industry, we have a growing pool of over 2, 500 drivers and are filling a minimum of 1, 200 driver shifts weekly. Covering for staff shortages as a result of illness, holidays and peak seasons. Our purpose is to fulfil the requirements of our clients so that they can remain operational at all times, while ensuring the staff we place are happy, competent and safe to work.

How do we do this? By being service led. StaffCo Direct have an in-house service delivery team who are dedicated to ensuring that your requirements are always fulfilled and that our drivers are fully compliant, happy and safe to drive. We value our drivers just as much as we value our clients, because without our pool of willing and capable drivers we cannot service our clients. It is this understanding that builds the foundation of our relationships with clients because they know that all drivers we supply are more than capable of filling their shifts safely and professionally.
